The FMS production line of the bus reducer housing truss robot contains 1 set of three-axis truss manipulators, 2 horizontal machining centers, 1 vertical machining center, fixture warehouse, conveying feed bin, assembly machine and control system. It can achieve automatic loading and unloading of parts in small batches as well as automatic flexible fixture switchover.
