Ma Steel's Automatic Train Axle Line

The project line of Ma Steel's axle (D2T truss) is composed of 4 CNC lathes, 4 CNC grinding machines, 1 magnetic particle inspection device, 1 cleaning device, 1 measuring device, and 1 set of D2T independent-double pallet truss manipulator.
The manipulator is designed for loading and unloading the machine. The gripper is clamped using the servo, including the servo Y axis, servo C axis, and buffer device.
