The intelligent production line of a certain company in Taiyuan consists of two units: a truss FMS automatic production line and an electric crane assisted loading and unloading production line.
i. The truss FMS automatic production line is roughly 41m in length, including a three-axis heavy-duty truss manipulator, a gripper system, a buffer station, a loading/ unloading device, and a turning machine with the integration of safety protection components, which is applied in automatic loading and unloading of 2 CNC gear hobbing machines and 2 CNC gear grinding machines.
ii. The electric crane operation area contains a manual inspection process, cleaning process, turning and milling process, and grinding process, covering a total length of 49m.
